Medication Return | Refund Policy:
During your consultation, we carefully review the possible side effects and what to expect from treatment. In compliance with Texas state law, pharmacies cannot accept returns of prescription drugs or redistribute them to another person’s prescription. All medication orders are final sale, even if side effects unfortunately occur, as they cannot be predicted.
Our office only accepts returns of Hair + Scalp Therapy products (shampoo, conditioner, and supplements) for a full refund if the product is still sealed and in its original packaging.
